Our Busiest Spring Yet!
The start of spring always marks the beginning of our busy season, but that has been more accurate this year than perhaps ever before. While the pandemic isn't quite over yet, it appears to be fading into the background of our lives. With most people vaccinated and infection rates dropping we are seeing a huge increase in demand for events. In short, events are back, people are ready to party, and we are headed full swing into our event season!
Full Attendance Events are Back
It feels like just yesterday our team was adapting to the challenges the pandemic presented and creating memorable event experiences through it all. Our virtual and hybrid events will forever remain part of our story, along with our assurances that live events will one day be back. Well, they’re back!
We’ve patiently waited to safely make the return to in-person events, and we’re ecstatic that the time has finally come. We recently planned an event where we expected roughly 150 individuals to attend, and we ended up having about 425 people with 60 staff to ensure the event ran smoothly. That is by far the largest event we’ve been part of since the start of March 2020, and it felt amazing to be back in our comfort zone. In May, we’re hosting an event that is expected to accommodate close to 500 attendees. The numbers are back!
Springing Into Action in 2022
When 2021 began, we certainly hoped that we’d be able to start planning events for the 2022 season, but we really had no way to be sure. Once we got the greenlight, the floodgates opened. At this point, we are fully booked and sold out for the spring. Social and corporate events have fully returned, and it’s safe to say that we all have a lot of catching up to do.
Even still, the inquiries for new events keep coming. We have never sent so many emails apologizing for being sold out. We’re sad we can’t be there to offer our services to everyone at this point in the year, but this situation is certainly a lot more positive than the ones we grappled with throughout the pandemic.
