  • Innovative Party Planners is responding to COVID-19 in real time as the situation continues to develop. We are now back in the studio and are meeting with clients via video calls, by appointment. We are also doing limited site visits.

  • In addition to creative and memorable live event planning, we now offer virtual and hybrid event experiences for the health safety of you and your guests. What pandemic? Hybrid events for the win! . We were honored to work with @electra_experience to produce this picturesque, meaningful and memorable service where Lev became a Bar Mitzvah at the @pearlstonecenter. Live guests and online guests participated in the service and shared in witnessing the joy of this occasion. Several dozen guests sat on chairs or blankets under shady trees out on the gentle hill by the lake. The Torah was placed in the tree arch and a large plasma was set up so Lev could see and daven with family and friends. Meanwhile, for the guests who watched virtually, we streamed the service all over the world with the aid of two different cameras and several microphones. . His 93 year old Nanny was called up to the Torah from the safety and comfort of her home. Live guests were called up to the Bima. We followed our tightly orchestrated script to coordinate with the tech team on site switching from camera feeds and streaming feeds. Online guests share their greetings in a chat. . After the service Lev had the opportunity to visit with his online guests, who showered him with love and accolades. While this certainly wasn't your traditional Bar Mitzvah service, it had all the feels. . Micro mitzvah + zoom mitzvah = hybrid mitzvah . . . #dontpostponecelebrate #hybridevents #zoommitzvah
