Day (or Month) of Coordinator
Many of our clients have planned out excellent events by themselves, but they need a little help with the execution on the day of. After all, it’s impossible to give your undivided attention to ensuring the party runs seamlessly whilst fully enjoying the party. As your Day of Coordinator, we can operate within the framework of your plans to ensure your celebration unfolds as you wished.
Critically, we prefer to meet with hosts prior to the party in order to get a sense of the décor and event logistics. We also like to touch base with all our clients’ vendors ahead of their event day as a safety net for mistakes, oversights, and really anything else we can think of to ensure the event goes as smooth as possible! With all that context, we can guarantee that even the littlest details are accounted for.
Party Planner
Party planners are akin to project managers. They are brought in when clients require more logistical support, as they prepare for their event. If you could use help with navigating all your vendors, staying on track with tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying within your budget, this is the service for you! The level of assistance we provide is fully up to each client!
Generally, our purpose is to handle all the moving parts that go into planning an event. That includes critical tasks like creating floor plans and serving as our clients first point of contact when it comes to establishing fundamentally important relationships with the venue, catering, audio visual experts, and rentals. With our long-established industry contacts, we can hire the vendors to make it all happen and work closely with the vendors on details like load ins and timelines.
Event Designer
When we started Innovative Party Planners 25 years ago, we made a name for ourselves by creating quality handmade decorations for bar and bat mitzvahs. Fast forward to present day, and we are able to use our event designing prowess to create a cohesive and memorable aesthetic across all of our events.
