A Look into a Gorgeous Wedding at Fox Hill Farm
Part of what makes our job as event planners so rewarding is the relationships we build along the way. Our relationships with vendors, venues, and our team itself have played a critical role in getting us to where we are today. Above all, our relationship with our clients is what really drives us forward. In many cases, it feels like our clients grow up with us! That was certainly the case with Allison, who celebrated her bat mitzvah with us back when she was a teenager. Fast forward to 2021, and we were helping plan her wedding!
An Autumn Fox Hill Farm Wedding
As you can see from the event photos, Fox Hill farm served as the perfect venue for Allison and Bradley’s wedding. In fact, we would call it a once in a lifetime dream wedding! That’s because it was actually held at a private home, meaning this wedding was one of only a handful held there. We certainly tried to do the beautiful location justice with our décor!
The farm as you see it in the photos is far from its traditional appearance. Of course, the beautiful home and landscape are always present, but the set up for this event was huge. It genuinely felt like we were building a city from scratch, and we did so in only four days!
Focusing on the Little Details
Every detail was very well thought out. The wedding was kosher, and a lot of work went in behind the scenes to pull this off. All the rentals that were involved had to be koshered to be used at this wedding. That includes all the silverware, and really everything that wasn’t glass. The wood tables had to be covered with a sheet of plexiglass as well since wooden eating surfaces are prohibited at kosher events. We left no stone unturned in ensuring the wedding was fully kosher as well as aesthetically pleasing from the apple butter spreads to the massive dance floor. Our Mother of the Bride and couple wanted to ensure everyone had space to dance, and we made that happen by preparing a custom 50 feet by 30 feet dance floor!
