Singing Show Tunes at Ari’s Musical Theatre Bar Mitzvah

At Innovative Party Planners, we always love putting on a good show, and Ari’s musical theatre Bar Mitzvah gave us the chance to do just that. We were singing show tunes all night long and enjoying the beautiful details we were able to add to the event. From the tables that featured shows Ari took part in, to the stunning instrumental centerpieces, Ari’s musical theatre Bar Mitzvah was a one night only performance to remember.

Our team was delighted to create unique musical centerpieces and decorations for this musical theatre Bar Mitzvah. These centerpieces were designed with stunning flowers and greenery surrounding authentic musical instruments including clarinets and saxophones. We supplemented these show-stopping accents with other eye-catching illuminated centerpieces on table runner sheet music, surrounded by warm candlelight with customized PLAYBILL menus at each adult guest seat for the occasion.

Our magician entertained the young and old during the happy hour out in the courtyard. Guests enjoyed a night of fun and dancing, in front of our unique marquee customized for this musical theatre Bar Mitzvah and a real double door prop boasting “Backstage Access”. Teens enjoyed selecting customized air brush t-shirts and walked out full handed with those and the custom drink cups.
